Our Shorthorn dry aged T-Bone Steak is the ultimate feast! All our beef at Hillstown Farm Shop is hand picked from our farm. We generally use Shorthorn but can also have Aberdeen Angus and sometimes Hereford. We make a point of only picking the best traditional naturally marbled beef. Our butchers always hang our beef on the bone for a minimum of 28 days to produce a naturally tender and flavoursome steak.
These T-Bones have an extremely tender fillet and a succulent sirloin all together on the bone make this a very delicious steak. These are awesome to share but even better for yourself!
