The rare breed and free range pigs at Hillstown produce the best loins for bacon. Our Dry Cured Bacon Steaks are cured by hand the traditional way. We use only the perfect blend of salt, sugar and spices which are rubbed by hand onto the rare breed loins. All our bacon is free from nasty nitrates, phosphates and preservatives meaning its made pure and simple. These dry cured steaks won’t shrink in the pan and are perfect with chunky chips and pineapple.
